i love everything about this tour guide. how he genuinely cares about their safety, cracks jokes to make them feel at ease, and how he doesn’t make it look like it’s a “scary” place to be. he’s focused on its history. the stories behind the place. the eerie vibes are natural because of it. he wasn’t forcing something unnecessary like it’s a haunted place or try to scare them so much unlike the tour guide from their intramuros vlog who keeps telling scary stories na mukhang gawa gawa lang yung iba. like what kuya william said, wala sila don para mag ghost hunting they’re in it for its history and our soldiers’ stories. i love it. and i love the part 5:47 where niana asked him about the walkie talkie and i was sure he’d say “no, it’s not normal” to make them feel something uncanny is really happening, but he assured her instead that it was normal. seems like he really respects the history of the soldiers that died and suffered there and not turn them into something scary.
