- I am aware the developers prior games having played both of kings and men (shout out any Teutonic knights + the kings men out there) and last oasis I would advise doing your own research before making any purchases.

Oh that wolf pack was fun I cant wait to find a even larger one! PS. (This is not relevant past the day of posting) You might of seen a message on my 2nd channel. I am struggling with a nasty mouth ulcer at the moment that has slowed down recording a metric ton over the last week! It took me a while to stich this vid together over yesterday/today if it does not get any better tomorrow I might have miss a day until it gets a bit better. ( Blame my dads genetics I get pretty cursed ones) Not to worry about my health though the only thing the ulcer does is makes it hard to well talk though that does happen to be the only thing I really need to do to record video games as to the issue lol.

I must confess, im starting to dislike this game. One major aspect of survival games is the need to maintain daily needs. Our MC clearly doesn't need to do that. There are other issues, but that seems to be the most jarring.

Yay more Bellwright! Been waiting for this since the playtest videos :D Could it be, that there's just not enough high health/stamina food (cooked meat) available, which leaves the companions with minimal health and stamina in battle and thus making them lose otherwise easy fights? It seems like, especially eary, good food is the best available buff for everything.

I actually asked the devs in the discord the answer is not actually known XD Currently I think it is more about the gear myself though having high skills gives a attack speed bonus giving the edge up. Of course food is important though i was imagining her defence skill should be advance. Of course my comment comes from playing later in the game against armoured foes that can block you nearly every swing something is making them stronger :)

@@ThreatX Ah okay, that's interesting. I just thought since Lobomir was a beast in the beginning (when he was still full on food right after recruitment (and when you only had him, thus enough food aorund) and fell of after there might be a connection there. We'll just have to find out I guess :)

Have Them eat 3 food before battle , help me to make Them powerfull,also armor better along weapon , it all stack up , also and inwould like if Them game was change , when getting killed you lose stats, and everything you have on, also a broken bone or something like the ai , then it would matter more were you setup your first Camp, i have made all armour on the path you everone in my Camp,it takes a longer time, but why the rush.😊hf

I am enjoying watching your playthrough. As with most ea releases I do think that they need to boost the gathering rates. I think you should get a few more wood/stones/meat/flax per pickup/harvest each. In the long run if they don't boost it it'll make this game way too grindy. Why don't you gather more / all the mushrooms and Berry's to feed your villagers? Is that possible?

Food decays so i do sometimes grab food but it will not last long we do increase working slots but when we get more workers down the line

@@ThreatX oh that's good to know thank you. I also feel like that would be another thing they might need to address. Giving maybe extended spoil timers if they are stored in those bulk storage. How are you to maintain and I guess prepare for the long-term such as winter. In general this would be comparative to an IRL situation. If you had a community I'm a tribe group of people you would prepare for the upcoming seasons or future. I like this game, I think it has a lot of potential.

@@douanejohn1037 Indeed I think it now works like most survival games where a stack of 10 berries would decay 1 at a time instead of the whole lot like before

@@leshasta9652 Personally I go for the smoking rack and having a lot of meat it lasts a long time and is generally better also you can start making stew that works well!

So something you're missing is that are you looking at their maximum skill level in a skill or current? Both numbers are there. May may (odd to type out) have a maximum skill of seven, but what's her current level? Think rimworld in a way. Might be wrong, but I think that's it.

Just started playing myself today, never playing anything with directional combat I'm struggling to get to grips with that. On a side note any tips on how to get rope without raiding bandit camps?

Weaver loom can make rope pretty much right away :) try using a shield it blocks as long as you are looking at the guys direction

It is actually random (bar i think the first 1 is a day)

So your books are 30 mins to read, a lot slower than the play test, for the first level of books the next level is 45 mins so you need to keep reading and you ppl as well, cheers. PS. get well soon.

you should get stone at the mining camp as well m8. you have enough space in the camp for 200 units, my 2 cents.

so they are robbing you on the 400 coins still you only go 200 coins from the last quest 49:18 check the before an after, same thing happened in the play test.

@douanejohn1037 comments are bugged for me right now sorry if i replied twice. Oh so it is 30mins in real time not game time interesting. I also do expand out multiple stone camps due to the current ore bug they are online soon. Lastly I did not notice being robbed on that quest reward lol what a pain!

I also think it's super important that they fix item stacks that way everything sticks in your inventory. In my opinion this is really necessary and should be addressed quickly.

Well really stacking makes less sense in reality though i see how it can help out with QOL they would also then need to add a weight system so someone cannot run around with 100 rocks in there pockets XD

@@ThreatX to be fair though it's a balance I guess between semi-reality and enjoyability. I know there's all different types of players out there but in general I'm sure they want their game to be enjoyable to the player base. They might not need to add weight as they could limit stacks or certain items might not stack. A lot of games just use inventory slots instead of weight. I prefer that but we all have our own styles. you can collect reeds in winter and once it gets warm out go re-collect
