Sir with all due respectt, the part in iv fluid therapy where you described dyanmic measures vs static measures needs to be revisited, it is talking more about plr test and continous cardiac output monitoring i think its in that context and not clinical context.

@3:30 sir, after norepinephrine, high recommendation is written for dopamine before vasopressin. but u r telling vasopressin just after norepinephrine. would u plz clarifty this?

When should use dopamine sir?

Practically we use in cardiogenic shock due to MI when BP is so low wheee we can’t use dobutmine (but we prefer dobutamine + adrenaline in that also )
