Join me as I take a 13-hour train ride from Bangkok, Thailand, to Chiang Mai, Thailand, at the beginning of 2025. I didn't book my ticket early enough, so I had to get a 3rd class fan seat on the overnight train to Chiang Mai. This was quite an adventure, even for a seasoned solo traveler like myself, as you will see.
