Why? I hope this answers your question. Don't get mad why I'm asking you this. What kind of question is that? You just said there is a power outage that means there is loss of electrical power for a specific period of time.

@@liamronin821what kind of answer is that? Did you read the question? Robbie you need a battery (not all houses have one). You can’t just run off the panels alone.

@@liamronin821 basically… solar panels collect energy to save it to the battery. So that this energy or power can be use to have electricity in the house in case of power outages. The same like my campervan… I can use the microwave, rice cooker and other appliances.

@@gerardcrabb4556 ah. So the energy from the solar panels goes to the electricity/energy company?

Yes, the blackout was horrible wasn't it. I had to throw all my food out in the freezer and fridge what a waste! I was busting for a nice hot coffee I can tell you. Was glad when it came back on again.

Please don’t microwave your food inside a plastic bag. It’s not healthy. Use glass containers instead when microwaving.

One feels so irritated and isolated without power and internet. I'm sure you also got somewhat upset.

That's the problem with places like this who doesn't experience blackout unlike the Philippines who does and always ready with their generators.
