Surviving the New Purge: Conan Exiles Gameplay: Chapter 4

Well here we are, excited to try the new chapter 4 purge updates!
I am actually pleasantly surprised at how well it ran for us and look forward to tweaking the base and thralls to be as efficient as possible.

The major problem with building bases like this is finding suitably flat open terrain. Unfortunately, such locations are white hot highly sought after locations on my servers. Most of us have to contend with rolling land gradients so it does add a great deal of engineering challenge as far as extra materials, insuring good firing lines and kill zones in much more compact builds.

Oh yes I can imagine that’s really tricky. And it makes it harder the fact that the purge needs to have perfect conditions to actually spawn. Past purges have bases been an absolute pain to get right so it was refreshing to have this work first time. But I’m curious to try and make other purge bases in different parts of the map in the future.

Wak has been hanging out with Neebs gaming on their Conan series. His dry humor fits really well. Nice to see you having a smooth purge. The scorpion at the end was pretty funny trying to run the maze.

the door was open by the thief.. and that's why you need to have poison arrow to expose those thief... the cimmerian berserker i believe are set to defensive.. but anyway.. queenie you did great!!! didn't died also not like mr.spoonz... and you did the boss kill as well.. 🤣

@@QueenOfSpoonsGaming yes i did.. but i think another mod that's causing some weird issues to my game.. and i don't know which mod is causing all the issues.. first my coffer guy is invisible.. then at random killing of npc will crashed my game.. strangely creatures and animals doesn't do that.. so my game is basically unplayable..😅🤣

@@someonesane I didn’t see any near the traps so I’m not sure. 🤔 I imagine thay can sneak past without the thralls manning the traps seeing them. But I’ll have to keep an eye out. 👁️
