I'm so DEVASTATED. Why couldn't Teeny and Kishan just split their votes like Aysha and Sol did to get Genevieve out? I'm glad Aysha got a chance to play anyways it was awesome that she got the opportunity. I guess I'm rooting for Sam or Rachel to win now.

Looking back at this it's crazy that the two people I picked to root for at this moment ended up being the winner and runner-up. Also in retrospect I'm glad we got to have Genevieve in it for the long run but it's still sad it was at the expense of Aysha.

I liked Aysha a lot, but it seems like her stubbornness took her down sooner than expected. It reminds me of “Survivor: Cambodia” when Peih-Gee got voted out for being stubborn on voting out Abi-Maria.

I just don’t understand why Teeny and Kishan didn’t just join up with Aysha and Sol to split their 4 votes between Genevieve and Rome?? Like I thought that would’ve been such a better decision granted they both seemed to trust Sol and Aysha more based on confessionals.

I think this was also a possibility, but they knew Rome had an idol and Teeny mentioned wanting to work with Genevieve early on. My guess is Rome was primary target #1 but with him having the idol Teeny/Kishan had to pivot as they didn't want to vote Genevieve.

At first I was a bit surprised the direction of this tribe ended in Aysha going but in retrospect it makes sense. Very early on Teeny was close to Kishan and even Genevieve (from the confessional in the first episode) and I think that the core 3 of this tribe is really Kishan/Teeny/Genevieve. I think Aysha got unlucky because I really do think Rome is cooked without an idol. My assumption is that between Aysha and Sol, they viewed her as a better player. Also, I think Teeny's Sol vote was in the chance that Aysha has a successful SITD the vote would be a 1-1 tie instead of the 4 Aysha votes being negated.

These players were voted out (no quits/medevacs) of their tribes first from seasons 41 onwards (yes=black player); 41: Abraham(yes)-Sara(no)-Sydney(no) 42: Zach(no)-Marya(yes)-Jenny(no) 43: Morriah(yes)-Justine(no)-Lindsay(no) 44: Maddy(no)-Helen(no)-Claire(yes) 45: Brandon(no)-Brando(no)-J Maya(no) 46: Jelinksy(no)-Jem(no)-Soda(yes) 47: Jon(no)-TK(yes)-Aysha(yes) 'Yes' total=7/21 Only 7 out of the 21 players that were the first vote-out of their original pre-merge tribe groups across the 7 recent seasons were black players; not even half the players. It just so happens that this season had 2 black players be first boots from tribes.
