It's unreal. I was thinking the way Genevieve was. There were so many ways this plan could have failed. I'm somewhat surprised Rachel didn't use her block a vote here. I guess she figured this kind of thing wouldn't really change the game much overall, but I think it potentially can depending on who wins immunity the next few times as well. I found Andy to be somewhat suspicious. They executed the plan well and it was amazing, but Andy was awfully pushy about doing things exactly his way. I guess they didn't think he would flip. In retrospect, the plan is genius since it worked.

WOW, what an episode! I was really rooting for Sam and Genevieve to pull through, but it was tough because I really like Caroline too. Such a bittersweet moment. And Andy-HOLY GUACAMOLE! @@nghieu2004it is a great move for him. this move was the only possible way he was surviving because he wasn’t going to ever be able to flip after that and rachel has brainwashed her alliance and played so well that they genuinely don’t think she’s a threat. caroline literally said she SHE WOULDVE WON 😂. if andy didn’t make this move he would’ve been just another pawn who gets voted out for playing the goat role, which is the worst possible way to go out. it also makes people respect him as a player and break that perception of goat while also keeping “bigger” threats like genevieve and sam around. this was the best and only possible move he could’ve made to save his chances in this game.

this episode thoroughly entertaining. operation italy's failed but "succeeded." they couldn't get rachel out so they got caroline in a very close 3-2-2 vote. andy played a very pivotal role in convincing them to still split and gen/sam's acting aided in this too. kudos. we have to admit that plan was smooth and it worked. even though rachel was their initial plan they were still able to successfully pivot the target to one of her closest allies - caroline. sam, genevieve and andy were also pretty confident it would work. even teeny is in shock and smiling because she probably recognizes how good of a move it was.

Brilliant move! However, the odds are still stacked against Operation Italy even if Andy stays loyal to Gen and Sam. Rachel is most probably playing her vote blocker next week causing a 3 to 2 elimination of either Sam, Gen or Andy. At Final 5, Sue and Rachel will play their idols to increase their odds of the trio going into Final 4, eliminating another Operation Italy member. At Final 4, the remaining member of Operation Italy will either have to win Immunity or the Fire Making Challenge in order to sit at the Final Tribal Council. I have a feeling they will try to take out the boys first and take Gen to Final 4 as she's easier to beat in challenges.

If you don’t like exit interviews, skip this, but Caroline said that she was the one who forced everyone to split votes because she was trying to appease Andy. She said he was viewed as very emotional and his pitch about splitting the vote wasn’t as much about the idol as much as he was frustrated for not being taken seriously and she convinced everyone to let him have his plan so that he’d stop being upset and hopefully get his big move out of his system. So ironic that she didn’t realize he was doing it to get her out over Genevieve, but I really hope Andy gets to sit in front of the jury because even tho we saw how he did this, I really can’t tell if anyone is taking him seriously even after this

So glad Sam & Genevieve stayed If one of them went it would have been inevitable who the next would be Caroline didn’t add much to me and she kind of just… existed but good blindside nonetheless Andy has no shot at winning now imo

You think Andy had a shot before? He was literally called a goat and was 5th out. Now if he plays his cards right (get Sam out 6, Genevieve out 5, and beat Rachel in fire), he has a strong case to win. This move was neccessary for him.

@@rosinelankos8010 On paper it is, but Andy never wins against Sam. Nobody does besides Genevieve. It would be stupid for him to even risk taking Sam to the end. Besides, I think Sam and Genevieve are locked votes for him at the end if he gets there. They wont be bitter by him voting them out.
