If you think about it, if they kept Rudy (and voted of useless pathetic Jenna Lewis instead) he could have been very beneficial to the Saboga tribe in the next challenge which was the shelter building challenge. If you remember Rupert made everyone dig a hole on the beach as part of their shelter and they came in last place. Later on their shelter was washed away by a storm and they had nowhere to go and slept out in the poring rain. If Rudy was there I don’t think they would have dug that hole and made the shelter the way Rupert insisted. Rupert is stubborn but I think he would have listened to Rudy, I’m 74% sure of it. I’m also sure that Rudy could have helped build a shelter that may have even beat Mogo Mogo’s shelter and merited second place. With Rudy’s navy seal background I think he would have had a few tricks up his sleeve in building and construction.

It's a shame that Rudy will never be back again, and Jeff, well said. I also think that placing him and Tina on the same tribe at the beginning was unfair to them both, the tribe, and everyone else (from the merging point onward).

Rudy Was Pretty Weak At Challenges But Was Extremely Helpful Around Camp And Could’ve Saved The Entire Tribe From Being Washed Away In The Shelter Building Reward Challenge, Even If They Didn’t Realise It, Kicking Him Off Here Was A Big Mistake, He May Not Have Been Physically Strong But His Skill Would Have Saved Them On Multiple Occasions
