Ugh, they’re doing this for the third time now with Winners at War. They are gonna ruin this season! Maybe it could work since they will all be winners, but they need to show footage from the Edge more than they did on Edge of Extinction. On Edge of Extinction, they only showed a one-second clip of Reem greeting the person every episode, that was it. The twist felt nonexistent. They should emphasize the Edge much more for Survivor S40.

I want another season like this. This is one of the best twist in survivor history that shaped so many things that happen in later seasons. This had me on the edge of my seat.

Look, this twist is unfair. But it worked out so so perfectly. Production got lucky. We as fans got lucky. It produced amazing TV, great gameplay opportunities, iconic moments. This. Is. Amazing.

Ngl if the outcasts didn’t win, all of Survivor history would’ve changed. Andrew savage would’ve been in control making Sandra not win and Jonny Fairplay not reaching the dead grandma ploy reward quite possibly not giving him a spot on Micronesia. This also could’ve made Savage the one to return to All Stars changing up the whole course of All Stars. Let’s not forget all the WAW and Game Changer casts probably removing Sandra and changing the fate of some of the players like Tony. The list could go on and on of how this one twist affected Survivors whole history, it’s insane

Yeah! Like at least Savage had the time to try to bring the Burton/Lill back on his side at the merge to defeat Drake. Shawn literally came into that challenge expecting a merge and then the Outcast Twist happened, and he literally had no opportunity to change things on his tribe (he was basically screwed on Drake).
