To be honest, when the Women’s WarGames match was first announced, I thought, “Okay, this doesn’t make any sense for any of these ladies to team up, but at least the star power is insane and we’ll get some interesting tension between the teams.” Then Rhea suddenly returned, Jade got taken out, and Bayley joined the mix without much build-up. This match honestly had potential, but it felt like WWE didn’t care about the storytelling or the potential feuds involved. They didn’t bother building up any tension within Team Rhea; it was just like, “Well, it’s November, ladies-time for WarGames! Team up together and just go out there and have a match!” The match itself wasn’t great; it was pretty forgettable, with only a few memorable spots. Worst match on the card in my opinion, the Men’s Wargames was SO MUCH BETTER and the build was fantastic by showcasing tension between TeamRoman before and after Wargames.

I thought there would be fight break out between Bayley and Iyo, as well as Nia and Tiffany. That's the WarGames match I would enjoy but god, the timer should be a minute and a half per entrant. I felt like the ladies were gassed out once Rhea entered the ring while the men took their time to not go too crazy once everyone was in.

I was hoping so bad that Tiffy was going to cash in the briefcase causing the War Games match to become a ten way match for the Women's WWE title. Imagine after the title match announcement was made all ten Women stop in their tracks to stare each other down for a few seconds before turning into an all out brawl for the belt. Most of the babyfaces already hate each other so I could have totally seen all of them fighting for the belt. They could have even had Tiffy still manage to weasel her way into pinning Nia and becoming champion and leaving War Games as the sole winner.

I feel like the Nakamura angle actually makes the most sense, the turnaround between return and title win being as fast as it was. Shinsuke's current character is darker and more mysterious and he's never had a true confrontation with LA Knight before. It makes sense, in kayfabe, for Knight to not be fully prepared for him, for Nakamura to catch him off guard, and take his title away. Now Knight knows what he's uo against, won't be caught lacking, and will look for his runback.

Ngl the women's war games match booking made me so mad I stopped watching Survivor Series, I thought the match was decent but Tiffany's fake cash in, the baby faces winning, lack of tension on the babyface team, Rhea getting bashed in the ribs with the same weapon that broke her face then hits a riptide from the top rope. It just honestly ruined the entire PLE for me, I would've been fine with no women's war games this year and gave that spot to the Wyatt6 vs Final testament if I knew the match was going to be that disappointing. Im sick of the women's division not getting the storylines and attention it deserves, im really hoping the new Mid card titles will change it.

I disagree with Livs team losing being the worst booking decision of the year... Kinda... I think the way they lost was the bad decision. Tiffany Stratton SHOULD have cashed in. I get that they wanna wait on Netflix. I'm banking on that. But. Netflix is going to be a massive show. It doesn't need the cash in. This match needed it. Her looking down at Liv and Nia. Going to the top rope for a swanton and hitting Nia and then leaving the cage. Effectively forfeiting for her team would have worked. It allows the faces to win, without Liv eating a pin which didn't need to happen. All we really needed was Rhea to get her revenge on Liv. That doesn't necessarily mean pinning her.

The take that Liv Morgan's team should have won is such an L take. If the argument is that they deserved the victory just because they have belts around their waists, then wouldn’t you all have been disappointed if Rhea's team got squashed so quickly? But if Rhea's team puts up a fight, it’s bad since its one-sided when it comes to the booking on paper. And matter of fact none of the women on Liv's team needed that win. Nia Jax is still Women's Universal Championship. Liv Morgan is still the Women's World Champion. Tiffany Stratton still has the Money in the Bank briefcase, ready to claim a title when the time is right. Losing that match doesn’t diminish anything since they still have it. The only takeaway is that Liv Morgan's team isn’t as cohesive a unit as Rhea Ripley's team. If you watched the Bloodline WarGames, the storytelling was clear: you had the Usos, Sami Zayn, CM Punk, Roman Reigns, and all their accolades, clearly on another level compared to the new Bloodline team. On paper, the old Bloodline was by far the stronger team, but they were falling apart until Paul Heyman intervened to make them work together. That unity was the only way they could win.

I hate that wrestling overcorrected from the late-90's-early 2010's and the too-frequent title changes with now too many obnoxiously long reigns. If every reign is long, then a long reign means nothing and conditions fans to think any shorter reign is bad.

how i see nakamura vs la knight is like a tekken combo that starts with a tornado flip (lili's ws3 for example). it starts with something that signifies the end of a combo but you still get alot of damage and wall travel. i think that this will be the case with nakamura and knight, starts with a title change then we get a hella entertaining title chase from knight that ultimately fails as hes probably going to raw, great promos and segments and an overall great fued. still woulda helped if they had a face to face before SS.

People gotta chill and just enjoy the show for what it was. A fun show. Most normal years, the SS to Rumble stretch is all we got so they have only one chance to go big. This year they have both Saturday Night's Main Event and the Netflix debut in there. Those are both setting up as PLEs--especially the Netflix debut. We've got all kinds of cool stuff between now and Rumble for all the stuff that people wanted at SS to happen. Also, count me in as exhausted with Liv/Rhea/Terror Twins/Priest/Balor. It just occupies so much time and nothing goes anywhere.

The booking of the first match was objectively bad but the rest was pretty good. Survivor Series 2024 is in no way lackluster and is the best we had in the main roster since Summerslam.

The women botched a lot. Not saying they should be stopped or anything. But they definitely need more training. They need to re-evaluate the way they do what they do. In ring work isnt everything in WWE. Knowing how to work the crowd. Knowing how to talk to the crowd according to the role you have. Promos matter. But other than that physicality matters in this. You cannot be nice to your friends in the ring. Yes you need to protect eachother but that doesnt mean using the weapons the women did. You have to make it look real. You also can't keep worrying about offending your friends with promos.

Tbh if you listen toNakamura's promo, him winning does make sense, its a weird order as title changes usually happen at the end of a fued but it seems taking LAs title was only the first step in Nakamuras dismantling of LA Knight

I had a feeling the heels were going to lose both wargames. The women should have won against team Rhea to give Liv some backbone in this feud OR let Iyo pin her at least to make people think Iyo has a chance of winning. The women's match did annoy me, though. It was so sloppy, and them constantly looking for stuff under the ring was annoying. Also, while the spot with Iyo and Tiffany was cool, it just took too long, and it looked awkward. I joked about Shinsuke winning. It would have been cool if Shinsuke had more time getting into LA Knight's head. I'm glad he finally won, but it even LA Knight seemed like he wasn't into it. Damian being injured duong the match also hurt Gunther. Also, sick of Finn Vs. Damian. I just want this over. DAMIAN ALREADY DESTROYED THE JD ON HIS OWN AND WITH RHEA! Men's wargames had good storytelling in it. For once, seeing Bronson Reed didn't bore me. Also, why is Jacob always faking injuries to basically make it so he is taken out of the equation. Like only Jacob cam take out Jacob.

It definitely would have elevated the show if they had saved CM Punk's and Paul Heyman's return for this PLE, rather than doing it on SmackDown. That could have been the "big moment" everyone is missing.
