I don't see the point in complaining about tunnelers. DBD has been around for more than eight years now, and tunneling has been a problem from the beginning. If the devs wanted to do something to prevent it entirely, they could have by now. As it is, anti-tunneling perks and game mechanics to discourage tunneling do exist. Tunneling isn't a great strategy anyway, as this video illustrates. Sure, you take away the Survivors' advantage of superior numbers, but if you spend too long putting down a single player the rest will be sure to escape.
