very disappointed with that result. voting Ethan made no sense, but they were too scared to vote for Rob. They literally voted Ethan solely because he was with Rob, when you could’ve just gotten rid of rob anyway. This doesn’t apply to Adam, I know he wanted to work with Rob and Ethan, and Parv was a threat. Hoping this boot order isn’t this bad for the rest of the season, because all of the first four boots were hard to watch. Still enjoying it tho, I like that they’re not swapping (unless it screws Rob or parv)

ZP Survivor Actually it was a great move for Michele and Jeremy because it breaks up the trio and the two remaining old schoolers are always going to be the targets. Jeremy and Michele took control of the game with this move.

A.J Deets that means at the 7th elimination (if Parvati and Rob are at Edge) wouldn’t that mean Ben’s in the middle. And even then those 2 are definitely going home since of Denise’s idol. It’ll be better to pair up with Boston and Queen P in my opinion. Regardless good move breaking up the trio so they can build relationships with Rob and Queen P.

They only really interacted on the first day from what I picked up on. That a might be Parvati's downfall. Danni was one of the few people willing to work with her (and in this game you gotta keep the people you can work with and vote out the rest).

Bruh everyone is like "LEt's wEAken bOSToN rOB" but Boston Rob is RIGHT THERE. The best way to weaken him is to freaking vote him out. Why are they so scared to vote Boston Rob out. The new school players will still have the majority and can vote out Parv later. They are doing exactly what the people are doing in Redemption Island. They are too scared to vote out Boston Rob even though there are basically very little or no repercussions if you vote Boston Rob out. I really do not get this vote.

I think they're keeping him around as a meat shield ( Especially Jeremy ), as he wanted the big dogs to be his protection. If they get the top dog out now, the next biggest threat will be voted out, so it's good to have that meat shield. I think this vote was just to basically take control over the old schoolers ( Rob and Parvati ) and have the numbers.

Jeremy won Cambodia by using the meat shield strategy, I guess it's still his game now because of bigger threats around him. I give credit to Michele and Jeremy for a blunt move but it will make more sense to weaken Rob by voting him out. Why are they so scared? o___o Possibility of an idol? Denise knows he has none. Man, seeing Ethan out this early in this celebrated season is so heartbreaking. Hope he can come back to play the game. Is it possible to have one back before swap? That would be fun.

Because that would be a really dumb move for Michele and Jeremy. It was essential that they break up the old schoolers. If Rob, Parvati and Ethan had played the first two votes better (i.e. vote out some combination of Adam, Ben and Denise and work with Jeremy and Natalie), then they wouldn't have found themselves in this situation. But they did, so it is what it is.

I think the reason no one wants to actually take out rob or Parvati is because people want to work with them / use them. It’s the meat shields strategy. Ethan makes a lot of sense when you consider that taking him out weakens, Adam, Parv, and Rob and leaves rob and Parv up for grabs. Rob to Jeremy and Parv to Michele, alliances that make a whole lotta sense knowing pregame and personalities.

The reason why the new schoolers targeted Ethan instead of Adam, Rob, or Parvati was because Ethan was what was holding the trio of himself, Rob, and Parvati together, it was to also weaken Rob's influence on the tribe, and Sele also needs as much strength as they can get from Rob since now that they lost 3 out of 4 challenges. Hope Sele doesn't become the new Lairo. Jeremy had brought up Ethan's name shortly after Rob confronted him and Michele.

I watched a Boston Rob interview the other day from 2012 with ROB C On RHAP, and Boston Rob was talking about how in HvV Parvati and Russel were a duo with Danielle as their right hand women, and that he regrets not just voting for Danielle at the tribal they voted for Parvati but blindsided Tyson because she was the safe vote, it would fish the idol, and weaken the both of them. I find it IRONIC bc that’s what everyone did to Parvati and Boston Rob here as a duo with Ethan as their right hand man and got rid of him as a safe vote to weaken them both.

There's a reason these guys are winners. They voted Ethan not just to weaken boston Rob but because Ethan serves them no purpose. Ethan's a threat to win with a low threat level and a bad liar. He fits in no one's endgame plans. Rob however serves as a shield just by existing. No one's going to let him get to the end. Parvati is a shield just by existing. No one is going to let her get to the end. Getting rid of Ethan got rid of someone Michelle and Jeremy couldn't work with, who was more loyal to someone who they wanted to use as a shield, while forcing Rob and Parv to align with Michelle and Jeremy due to Adam and Ben being so shifty and untrustworthy already. You might think this is dumb. It isn't. This is how you win an all-stars season.

I hate that Ethan was voted out so early this season, he didn't deserve it and it meant so much to him coming back this time after missing out on HvV due to his health. This elimination in particular really put a damper on the season for me as well as Parvati following soon after. So glad that Ben, Denise, Jeremy, and Michele all ended up losing in the end

If you vote out Rob, Parv and Ethan who are close become even closer and stick together. Parv and Rob are aligned more out of a necessity- lot of early survivor is about breaking up the closest duos, and voting out Rob leaves Parv and Ethan together. It was Ethan over Parv though because of Adam; they wanted to lock him in with them as Adam was trying to play both sides by getting Ethan on his side afterwards.

It's called the meatshield strategy. Basically you weaken big threats by eliminating their allies. By keeping these threats, you help further yourself in the game because you know people would keep coming after these threats. People won't notice you outwit them until it's too late. By eliminating Ethan, Rob and Parv lose an ally yet remain big threats while other players keep gunning for them. Classic Jeremy strategy that won him Cambodia. Whether he can keep this up is another thing. Rob and Parv may catch on.

I feel bad for Ethan. Didn't see that one coming. On the other hand, very clever move on Michelle's part. Not only her move broke up the old school trio, she exposed Adam playing both sides. And she got one over Boston Rob, which is not easy. With this tribal, Michelle's starting to prove that she's here to play, and that her season was not a fluke.
