I agree. They should have made her be one of the people going out to retrieve the items and then secretly tell her partner to be the leader who is listening to the caller's instructions and doing all the work. She's useless in challenges (this is not the first one she's lost for her team) and she CLEARLY can't follow simple instructions and once again, she cost her team the victory because she was fumbling with the flag for so long, and it gave Brawn the time they needed to finish the challenge and secure a victory and eggs for their tribe. I'm sure the Brawns appreciated her incompetence.

This seemed like Tasha's mistake more than J'Tia's. Instead of trying to get the placement of the flag exactly perfect, she should have just had the tribe attempt to pull it up a few more times. They also should have counted their pulls like the Beauty tribe. They weren't pulling the ropes in a synchronized manner, which was causing one side to lean more than the other.
