I completely agree with the advantage thing, and I think Tommy is a great winner since he didn’t need any advantages. His personality is what’s boring. He was just white bread, and happened to reference his teaching every ten minutes. I hope his gameplay is seen as the norm in the future, because advantages to compromise a lot of aspects of the game and they are overly praised, but I hope less winners are that boring in the future

Levi Wunder Yeah. Karishma’s gameplay wasn’t spectacular. Her win equity tanked long before she actually got voted out. But she was the best storyteller of the season. She played the same role as someone like Jonathan Penner who was likely a goat but who consistently delivered compelling confessionals. There’s something to be said for that.

Average season if dan isn’t in, but dan really put a dark cloud over the season that kinda makes it unbearable to watch. The gameplay wasn’t even good, basically the final 3 were the biggest goats of the merge and we probably had the worst outcome overall of what could of happened. Without the nulifier, Janet wins this season and everyone would be happy.

I think Kellee deserves a chance to come back and play without Dan if she wants it. I’d love to see Elaine, Jason, and/or Jamal come back for a second chance. I’m not super sold on giving Chelsea or Lauren a second chance. I think there are more exciting other former players who would make for better tv. I wouldn’t be angry about bringing back Karishma. Not because I think she could win if she was given a second chance, but because I think she’s a fantastic storyteller and I love her confessionals. If Penner got to return to be a season’s narrator/midgame boot, Karishma should too.

My survivor grades: 20/20- Ronnie (F) Ronnie was wayyyy too cocky early into the game. He got what he deserved, first out. 19/20- Molly (D) Molly was one of the “cool kids” early into the game. She was in a good place on her tribe, which was good but she just got too overconfident. 18/20- Vince (D+) Vince had an idol. He could have saved himself. I don’t think he was as bad as Ronnie though. 17/20- Chelsea (C-) Chelsea was a good player for the first few tribals. She managed to find an idol, have a showmance, etc. Personally, I think she was robbed, but she got too overwhelming and overconfident. 16/20- Tom (C) I liked Tom. He was a friendly guy. He was nice to everyone, but was too much of a threat and suffered the consequences. 15/20- Jason (C-) Jason was blindsided horribly. I would have loved to see him move on further into the game. 14/20- Jack (C+) Jack was robbed. If the idol wasn’t played on Dean, I could have saw him as far as f6. 13/20- Kellee (B) Kellee was smart, had 3 idols through the game. She was screwed because of the Dan drama. 12/20- Jamal (C) Jamal was really forgettable. He did nothing but give Dean a fake legacy. 11/20- Aaron (B-) Aaron was a physical beast, big guy that dominated the challenges. He had an ok social game, but simply got out because he won the challenges. 10/20- Missy (B+) Missy was great to watch. She was amazing tv. It was smart of her to blindside Chelsea, but she got led to her downfall early merge, simply because she was a threat. 9/20- Elizabeth (C+) Elizabeth really didn’t do much other than go along with other people’s votes. Similar to Aaron, she just won challenges and was a physical threat, which is why she got voted out. 8/20- Karishma (A-) Karishma was a Queen. She managed to survive so many votes, by other people being voted out over her. Eventually, she got voted out closer to the end. 7/20- Elaine (A) Elaine was amazing. I loved her uniqueness. She was gonna be first out, and it was amazing that she lasted for most of the season. I hope she returns. 6/20- Dan (F) Touching girls is not how you play survivor. 5/20- Janet (A+) Janet was amazing. Screwed by the idol nullifier. She should have won this season. For the most part, she was controlling and on the right side of the vote. She was good about the entire Dan drama too. 4/20- Lauren (A-) Honestly didn’t deserve to make it this far, but she did gain power towards the end. She cried a bit too much, and was really emotional. 3/20- Noura (A) Noura was great. Even though she was “crazy”, she still managed to make it to the end. She deserved at least a vote 2/20- Dean (A+) KING OF THE SEASON. Was robbed by bad jury. He was manipulative, which made him successful. 1/20- Tommy (A+) Tommy was truly in a great place since day 1 of the season. His win required a lot of skill, he didn’t have to play a single advantage. Definitely a top 10 winner

Dean ruined this season He betrayed Kellee He ruined the plan to vote out Tommy at F8 -> this 2 times he could’ve change the course of the game If Dean warns Kellee about the others wanting to blindside her: Kellee plays one of her idols, Dan goes home, Lauren and Tommy are exposed, the game is a mess and Kellee still has one idol. If Dean votes out Tommy at F8: the season still has a chance to have an interesting finish

I am gonna keep asking this question: how did a Male still win with all these strong females and with the females outnumbering the men from merge and most of the game? 9 times out of 10 there were more females than males. even at Final 5 the last three women finished 5th, 4th and 3rd and I honestly still expected a woman to win heading into finale despite Tommy's strong winning edit. How hard was it for them to ban together and vote all the guys out and have women only at the end? I'm not saying they should have just limited themselves to that strategy but it's so disappointing that we had about 6 to 7 strong women and a man still won.

I know people will say this season might go down as one of the worsts, but we need to learn about our privileges as individuals and call out the people who are abusing it. This is why I think the season is a good awareness of social issues in the world. And if you can't learn to talk about all the uncomfortable stuff this season, then you need to know you haven't experienced it and it's time you should be aware of it. We've learned a lot from this season, and you should be glad that some of this stuff was brought up on a platform like a survivor. Every season is different, and I think this season was clearly calling for a change in society.
