I saw one once in my life while deer hunting. It just disappeared into the thick woods and I knew just by the sheer size of that thing a 12 gauge shotgun was not enough to protect me if things went south

Even with usual wild animal attacks it can cause years or decades of trauma to someone, for example my father still had traumatic issues with hunting after he was intentionally targeted and charged by a cougar way back in the mid-1990's until he passed away last year. Luckily my father had sensed the cougar was stalking nearby and had planned to attack his step brother sitting and waiting for deer on a boulder nearby to which my father told his step brother to get off from it a minute or two before the cougar jumped on the boulder, charged towards my father, and then my father took aim and killed the cougar with one shot in the head a few yards from his position. From that day onwards my father was cautious about checking his surroundings for cougars when camping or hunting but he never had another incident.

Mother's Day of 2020, on St. John's River in central Florida, we rented a pontoon boat and spent the day on that waterway. We ran into a Sasquatch. Horrifying. I'll remembered it forever.

I believe the guy in the boat. Before 2916 I believed. 90 of it to be camp fire stories. Made up monster stories. But 2016. That all went to . 95 -% Believing. When one night. A camp Fire story came true. From15 feet away. I didn’t sleep for 2 weeks and my sighting played inside my head over and over again. I just turn my head away from people that scream it’s not true your all crazy But live in a middle of a huge city. We do need skeptics. People that don’t believe but respect other peoples opinion That year I took a walk behind my tree stand. Your not supposed to do that you can leave your scent there, but I gradually slowly carefully walked notice structures of X ,s then Tree’s bent over broken trees. My jaw just dropped. The safe thing to do. Listen to People like Wes. But don’t go around screaming Bigfoot. To Neighbors. Even family members. Keep It to your self. Find safe people to speak to. It’s to Much to try to hide it in your head. Thanks to my brother Jack who we talk to. He has things going on his land. But we keep It to each other. You scream big foot in your neighborhood. You could have teenagers on your land at night looking for Sasquatch, it’s more for the fun of it just like going into graveyards. But no One wants that on your land. Keep It to your self until you find believers that had a sighting. Any one screaming. It’s a lie it’s all made up. Delete or block. They don’t know nothing. Yes. They do exist, and they are much more then a stupid monkey in the woods. They can smell you hear you Mike away. Hiking in the woods knocking on trees making Whooping sounds is a waste of time. They are far away from you being safe. From Stupid humans. That shoot at them put up trail cameras. Best way to get any kind of. Sasquatch activity is find a camping site deep in the woods and camp play music talk drink a few beers and don’t be scared. Just have a good time the more you come they might just take a peek to see what you’re up to snapping a branch is the first thing they do. If you don’t believe stay in your office or home and watch KZbin.

It sad the masses of society don't believe these creatures exist. There are quite a few ancient spiritual book reveal these creature we must content with them in the last days of the earth history. Right now, the SPIRIT has them in check but the days will come they will boldly enter every town, city, suburban/urban areas. As the good book stated "men's heart failing them because of the things coming out of the shadows".

Neanderthal’s were comparatively short in stature to modern homo sapiens. These are not the “missing link”. If it is not a paranormal thing then it is something that evolved separately from us way down the ladder, possibly even pre primate. That said Les Stroud’s encounters have me convinced they’re paranormal.

Also I think they are a different type of human species like neanderthal and theres probably off shoots of them aswell . Americas only been known about by the rest of the world a few hundred years and its size is like Africa where gorillas only got found in the 60s in the congo and people been living there thousands of years. I know I haven't said about indigenous Americans but I mean people with access to rest of world etc. When American was discovered obvz they didnt have sea crossing vessel's and newspapers etc..Not racist! But yeah theres still plenty of things out there not discovered. And they obviously bury or dispose of their dead which is why they havnt been widely found. Great show.

If airboats sound is anything near the strength of an ambulance siren..it hurt that things ears!. One i didnt realize was even around, screamed at the bottom of the mountain i was on, when an ambulance or cop went by. It ran up this mtn. Screaming, jumped over two 8 foot fences to get away from the noise. That thing in fla. deliberately tried to scare the guy away. Bulldozing, screaming, mud..it could have been on him in a second, but didnt! That arm "pumping" was him saying " Go! Shove off, Move, Get out of here!. Motioning to move. My up close wasn't frightning. But my brain flatlined! Fight or flight would have kicked in only as a response, there was no thinking of any sort, except get away, first chance. It took quite awhile to think normal afterwards, & forever puzzled. But..that big guy had no intentions on hurting that man, unless in self defense. Or it would have, there was nothing standing in its way. Especially not a boat that was not running. Its knowing you are completely helpless to thier actions, that causes such fear. That thing Not hurting him speaks volumes i.m.o. dumb animals do not reason like that, humans do. Animals just lash out.

As humans , these beings are of many different ethnicity , races of the species. Maybe even tribal as the natives as they exist world wide . Some may use the stench defence depending on circumstances while others may use scare tactics or a bluff approach. Others might like playing with people's heads with tricks ,sounds , wood , rock knocks, , which I believe they can actually vocalize or immetate. They're able to vocalize and manipulate different frequencies during their inhale and exhale and maybe even both simultaneously. Their capabilities are much superior to those of humans.

Hi Wes. Great interview my guy!!! My guess would be he pissed it off for that very reason he's thnking. His boat scared off what ever he was going after. Which is totally understandable really. With what Steve from facts how to hunt. If they wanted to hurt us.. They would and we wouldnt see it comming. I believe sometimes they do it to test us to see if we could handle being around them also. And most of the time we fail because it would be scary as fuck. When we go in the woods we should be speaking our intent to them in our mind. Most of the time this works from what I've been hearing accross the board on a few channels.... Especially facts how to hunt. Tell them you are there to hunt that you mean them no harm and kinda ask permission if it happens to be their territory. We can share the forests. And they don't mind if we respect their wishes. And do not let your dogs run wild. This irritates them. IF you respect them They will keep predators away. And they will especially respect you if you hunt wolves. They don't like wolves. My guess is becasue of dogman. They do not like wolves a single bit. But they do appreciate our relationship with dogs. (again from things I've been hearing from a few sources) No gifting food either. Gift quartz crystals. Nice looking rocks. Gifting food is insulting to them. Horse braids. They also do appreciate horses. But the loners who sometimes cause trouble... these are travelers and are usually exiled from clans.. THOSE are the ones we need to watch out for. But most of the time. They are peaceful and would rather scare us away if we don't respect their territory the way they want us to. They leave those a lone that do.

I highly doubt that it's ever some kind test to "see if we can handle being around them". That doesn't even make sense. All of that stuff about speaking our intent in our mind, and the mindspeak/telepathy stuff is complete nonsense. They aren't paranormal/supernatural..they aren't interdimensional beings or travelers..and they definitely don't read minds or communicate thru any kind of telepathy. They are flesh, blood, and bone, like every other living thing in the wilderness. Of course, people are free to believe whatever they want, but anyone intent on believing that supernatural mindspeak stuff really is believing some nonsense. And when people start talking about that stuff and saying that they experienced it, I know right away that their story is a work of fiction. You are getting your information and reading from the wrong sources my friend.

I have a family member that has close to 1k acres of rolling , hilly farmland that has wetlands, woods and creeks and doesn’t believe it’s possible these things live in our area in this time. Maybe Centuries ago but not in recent time. But, I ask myself, how many navy seals could live on that property covertly and the family not notice? No use of lights or fire and plenty of wildlife to eat and water to drink and plenty of cover. Maybe you’d glimpse something here and there but could ignore it if no other sign was visible and if it wasn’t eating your livestock. But if a few chickens or bigger animals came up missing or killed you’d keep your eyes pealed. But, you’d again just chalk it up to a normal predator and life goes on unless they show themselves. Do I think it’s possible for these things to be in places they’re not supposed to be able to live and convince yourself it’s not possible or you would have seen them definitively. Be well! ✌️

Just curious--I'm no sportsman, so I'm wondering what kind of boat that first guy had. The description sounds a bit obnoxious if I'm honest. 76" prop, aircraft engine, "blows away" whatever's behind it? Sounds like a nuisance to me. I hold no personal animus towards this guy at all--and I believe & appreciate that whatever he saw scared the life out of him. But if there's something out there that doesn't appreciate us effing around out in nature it seems like a boat like this would fit the man-as-nuisance bill pretty well 😅.

Oh, I get it--an air boat. Yeah, those things are annoying like jet skis to me even though I know they're fun and can get you deep into shallow areas. It's just one of those things that are kind of the antithesis of 'getting away from it all' and enjoying the peace of Nature. At least for others (including wildlife) having to hear it.

Back before you married your wife, you said you told her Dad about that, and he said " something like that is probably out there", well he knew, he knew about those things, guarantee he did. If you tell somebody something like that and if they don't say your crazy or say you saw a bear or something like that, and they say something to what he said, then he knew or knows about those "critters" , whatever. I had a ol boy that i worked with a long time ago about my sighting/encounter and he told me that I was crazy, i said to him, say that again and I'll bust you upside the head, besides i don't recall you being there so how the hell do you know what I saw or didn't see or whatever. Yeah Wes, I think they may think that your making some kind of challenge to them or something like that, by just freezing up and standing there staring at them, instead of running, they may take it as a challenge or whatever, you know what I mean?

You made a statement on season 3 episode 12 about one needs to be shot to prove they are out there. Dumb statement.... there is tons of evidence they are real. Shooting one won't make the non believers believe. You have no idea what that could start with these people, yes! People!

BS meter is reading high here. I'm a combat Vet and I've heard men relate traumatic war time EXPs w/ less "choking up".

I guess it's a different fear seeing something you're not supposed to see, men of war know what they seen and understand what's attacking them. Spotting something unnatural for the first time is a different fear. I have no doubt ppl would make shit up to get attention on these shows but most of them sound plausible.
