I have been Sungazing for 8 years, I actually can stare at the sun at its highest point in the sky because I have solar burns that cover up the sun right in the center of my vision. The solar burn looks like a colorful etheric vortex of energy, I believe many of our ancestors had solar burns too and unlocked the secrets of this visual etheric energy. I see people places and things in this blind spot, it’s like watching a static filled tv screen, but unlike being black and white it’s filled with color. You will not go blind if you stare at the sun you will only get a small solar burn and after that you you’ll be able to stare at the sun at its highest point in the sky with no further damage. I believe Hira Raten Manek has solar burns like me I can stare at the sun from sunrise to sunset and have done this many times... I am amazed at this after image it looks like a vibrating luminescent ball of astral energy... it’s like I’m tripping all the time...lol

ostracized what I think you should do is wait until the sun is about 30 past sunrise or sunset and stare at it for a few minutes. I followed Hira Ratan Maneks method and I got a solar burn it started out as a black small dot and this really scared and bothered me at first. And he said it would go away if I continued my sungazing practice... it did not unfortunately...it only got bigger in size as I continued my practice to a point where I can stare at the sun at its highest point in the sky where the solar burn covers up the sun it no longer a black dot it looks like a vibrating vortex of colorful energy. I wish I could explain it better, or take it out of my head and show the world what it looks like. I also where glasses when I drive my vision is 20/40 because of the blind spot but other than this gaping hole in my line of sight my vision is perfect otherwise. I would reconnect just starting at it when it’s 30 minutes from going down or coming up for a couple minutes and you can increase the time if you want. But if you don’t want to experience what I have be careful buddy. If you have any more questions let me know

Hey, well.... I would suggest you start staring at the sun during the safe hours, as suggested in the video. Be very careful though, you can lose apart of your vision like I did. The powers I developed is the power to see the veil between dimensions, what I see all the time now is like a tracer you would see on a psychedelic trip. It’s absolutely mesmerizing to behold such a sight as this.

I tend to think this is so. I gaze for just a few moments at the sun's grand rising. When it's above the horizon I close my eye lids and again look directly at the sun. I've only been doing this for a few weeks now. The practice came to me internally, intuitively so I'm following the intuition. I have this had no problems with vision but my energies have become more relaxed, increasingly subtle you might say.
