I always felt that none of the Kurus nor Pandu's were the correct hire to the throne of Hastinapur.. They were not the actual sons of the Shantanu clan ...Maharishi Vyas was the person who made love to the two Queen's (Amba and Ambika) and also a daasi and then the sons were born One of the 2 Queen's closed her eyes when Maharishi Vyas came to make love because he was huge and she could not look into his eyes hence her son Dhritarashtra was born blind and the second Queen was very scared and weak in accepting Maharishi Vyas strong body hence her son Pandu was born with a weak stature... Only the daasi who Maharishi Vyas actually made honest love was the one who was happy to do so hence her son Vidur was not only physically fit but also one of the most intelligent man of those times. Sadly only Bhishma Pitamah who was the actual son of Shantanu was the true hire to the throne but due to his pratigya he did not take charge of the throne...hence according to those times there should have been an election to seek a King from outside but these people made all the complications ...so right from start it was Bhishma Pitamah's mistake...

So their mums have to share bed with Maharishi Vyas who was not their husband, So, there was nothing wrong for Draupadi, if she was to share bed with her husband's four brothers. Instead of making fake stories that their mum Kunti said this and that. We must accept that social system was developing and accepting these relations at that time. It was totally fine, so, we shall not say anything bad to Draupadi on this issue.

Mate, what the hell are you talking about? Niyoga requires that the woman would agree to this only for the sake of rightfully having a child and not for pleasure. Draupadi didn't have a child with the other Pandu husbands every year that she spent with another husband. Also in Niyoga, the child, thus born would be considered the child of the husband-wife and not that of the appointed man and the appointed man would not seek any paternal relationship or attachment to this child in the future.. But Draupadi's 5 sons were not in Arjunas name. And once again, I ask, what are you talking about? Society had already developed for thousands of years by that point. The Arabians were almost set to create Islam, Africans were running around building Pyramids, Indians had awesome sewage systems, the Chinese already had chopsticks (spoon and fork equivalents). Also, even in today's time Polygamy/amoury / etc.. and Cuckold relations are still in practice. Niyoga was so that the woman could have a child since re marriage wasn't something most women were willing to do. Having sex one time and getting a child are different from re marrying or marrying many men. That being said though, I don't judge Draupadi, I just argue against your reasoning. If a husband / king can have many wives and queens, then a wife / queen can have many husbands and kings.

But he obeyed when Kunti said divide begging for Draupadi because then he was to enjoy his younger brother wife and still called Dharam Putra, what a shame!
