about time they gave Lips a personality. I've been fascinated with him since the Great Muppet Caper but I don't think he ever spoke for decades.

He spoke once in the original Muppet Show and in The Great Muppet Caper. He started talking much more in the 2015 Show, but still didn't have much personality wise. I really love the reinvention of his character here. He really feels like a true member of the band now.
