Susanna Hoffs has the most beautiful and expressive eyes. Whether she is smiling from ear to ear, happy, sad, mischievous, sweet, friendly, or just downright sexy, looking directly into those eyes is just hypnotic. When she sang directly into the camera on her videos or concerts, many a man's heart just melted. And that voice is so sweet, too. I wish the Bangles had not taken that long sabbatical in 1989.

@@ratagris21 A 10 year break? In my opinion, in that year 1989, when Michael Steele said that as a group they were all messed up, I do believe they should have started a new phase in the band. Instead of working 12 months a year together, they could've organized their time and worked together only 6 months for recording and concerts, and another 6 months to persue their individual interests, like solo careers, enjoying marriage (Debbi had married that year), or just taking a breather. I think they could have continued to take advantage of their inercia in popularity, and had chart topping success for a couple of more years. All performers reach a peak and then decline in popularity to become "classics". I think the Bangles still had a few years to go. In other words, I would've like to see the album Doll Revolution como out in 1990 and not 2003. And watched Susanna do her solo projects as stll a member of the Bangles. I think the hardcore Bangles fans would've received her differently, since some saw her as the responsible for the breakup (although there were multiple factors, and it was a complicated issue). My opinion. Alternative history.

I think the team needs to remixing this entire album. The engineer was not very good and the voice track are all on the wrong channels which should be 3 and 4 instead of 1.
