To destroy an oil rig, they have a force field, which is the base force field, to do damage to the oil rigs, you have to destroy the force field.

You have to directly shoot the power box on doors and oil gens. To take down power boxes the sheild gotta be taken down/turned or the power boxes are invincible. A easier and instant wai to take down all oil gens at once including cams and doors and cram is to just airstirke em. Me seeing you struggle with basics made me go haywire 💀💀💀💀
