de Jesus dos Santos (née le 22 mars 1907 à Fátima au Portugal et décédée le 13 février 2005 à Coimbra au Portugal), est une religieuse portugaise de l'Ordre du Carmel. Avec ses cousins Jacinta Marto et Francisco Marto, elle aurait été témoin de l'apparition de Notre-Dame de Fátima.
En 1926, elle aurait vécu le comble de sa vie religieuse en étant témoin d'une théophanie trinitaire, c'est-à-dire une apparition divine de la Sainte Trinité.
Également dénommée sœur Lucie, elle vivait recluse depuis 1948, avec interdiction formelle de communiquer avec l'extérieur, au carmel de Sainte-Thérèse à Coimbra, où elle menait une vie pieuse et contemplative.
