My theory; Sushant probably started understanding that he was given drugs, his money was disappearing etc. Disha joined hands in finding out, what was happening to his wealth. What they found took both their lives. His enemies were using Sushant's money to do all sorts of illegal and dangerous crimes. Disha was cought red handed, so they killed her. Later they checked SSR's computers and accessories to confirm how much he knew, so they killed him too.
