For those who didn't understand :- (English translation added) The word 'Ishq' in Urdu is written as 'عشق' which comprises of three letters; aen (ع), shiin (ش) and qaaf (ق). He is simply saying what he wishes during the writing of word ishq as he makes strokes of each letter.
