Sushi Hawaiian Kine

Just in time for the New Year! Aloha and welcome to Anykine with Mama K. Follow along for the instructions, remember, you can put anything in your sushi. This is just one of the styles we locals like it.
Yaki Sushi-
Roasted Nori (I usually swipe my nori over a low heat fire)
Cooked rice- 6 cups, about 3/4 cup per roll
6 eggs- cooked and cut into long strips
2 cans tuna- drained and cooked with shoyu, water and sugar
Daikon- cut into long strips
Carrots- peeled, cut into long strips and cooked in shoyu sauce
Shrimp flakes
Bamboo sushi mat and Saran or waxed paper to wrap sushi in.
