You have such positive energy especially how you talk about your body!! SO uplifting thank you so much. I usual to watch fitness videos and expect to have my self Confidence be obliterated bc of how harsh people are about their bodies.

Randy is such a beautiful soul, and take this from me, a witch, he'll be there with you no matter what, he knows how much you love him and he loves you too, he's so adorable and caring and is at peace now. He misses your touch, but hes there with you every day. you're both such brave and kind souls, blessed be i love you

Is there any other KZbinr that has a real body, a real life and authentic personality like Susie? She's totally the One and Only that makes me feel normal and motivates me to grow!

i have her cookbook as well and the lentil bolognese is 2 portions for the sauce but the pasta is for one person so you could have eaten all the spaghetti :) it confused me as well the first time i made it but otherwise the calories dont add up ;) BTW love that you are trying all these different fitness ways and are being so real and positive about it
