Today on Susie's Cooking Show, 2 and a half year old Susie is baking a blueberry lemon cake with a lemon glaze. This recipe is interesting because it also contains ricotta cheese and sour cream! It makes for a light tasting, yet dense cake and is technically a breakfast cake.
