NYC, need new laws within the court system. The system is 4 the criminal. Suspects had along criminal record but yet was release on bail. (21) charges and walkng the streets. Yet they still alive damn shame. Need prosecutors and judges that care about the public. My opinion these states cares about bond mondy instead of victims. Sad but true. 😮
