Some gated communities allow for self exit. Additionally, some persons leave their access card in their vehicle.

@wayneanthony1089 I was not referring to exiting. If the person has gotten that far it's already too late because the security has already been breached. Upon entering the premises don't they check which house number the visitor is going to and ask for the name of the resident? After which, they call the resident to confirm if they are expecting someone and confirm the name before letting a stranger unto the premises?
