Believe it or not, but a lot of these robberies aren’t just random. They are usually planned out for a while, before the perpetrator or perpetrators, go through with the robbery. I new a guy who worked at a restaurant, that had a coworker, who was involved with a gang and would let his friend’s from that gang, sell narcotics in the restaurants restroom’s, until the employee that I new, found out what his coworker and his friends were doing and brought it to the attention of the restaurant owner, who fired and reported that employee and his friends activity to the police. Point being is that all hell broke loose a couple of month after, because that gang made attempts to rob the restaurant and also to harm the employee that told on them. So with all that said, I hope justice is served for this young girls family.

How did or could they just track him through ear buds, how did the detectives get him through face recognition before the murder, who sold him the gun if he's homeless and allegedly with little to no means of getting money, and why commit a murder with evidence of ear buds being outwardly displayed, so many questions to something that seems so conspicuous to something so senseless. If this man is guilty he needs to 🔥, but if he's innocent, may God have mercy on him because everyone thinks he murdered this girl. I say this because he was identified by "earbuds"??? I know the family and the neighborhood want justice for the murder of this "beautiful young lady", but keep in mind the suspect was identified by "earbuds". Are we jumping to conclusions too soon because of our emotions? It's possible! Please don't take this the wrong way or throw hate at me for saying this? All I'm saying is that we must be sure we have the right man in custody. Look what happened to the "Central Park 5". Everyone believed these boys were guilty, when in fact they were indeed innocent. I'm not saying that this man is innocent. What I am saying is that I'm skeptical about the evidence linking this man to her murder. The police needs more evidence than just the "earbuds" because that makes for a pretty weak case. Is it possible that the police just picked up some random homeless guy with mental issues just to take the heat off them to solve her murder? Yes, it's possible, but again they may have the right suspect in custody. Again, I'm not saying he's innocent or guilty because I don't know. I'm just saying that without more evidence linking this man to this murder, there is definitely a lot of reasonable doubt in this case. I urge everyone who cares about this young lady and want true justice for her to make sure they have right man. Because if this not the right man, the real murder is still out there and will continue to murder other innocent people. More evidence is needed, plain and simple!

So to help combat crime in my city the mayor and them made theft/ robbery legal as long as it doesn't exceed$999.00 then she comes on tv a few weeks later saying that crime is dropping and has a graph to show us how it has dropped. People here are not smart enough to realize of course it's going to drop if one category of crime is removed. With that kind of logic just make all crime legal and the city will be crime free.

The mother is right to sue the company as well. If the city cannot protect, and even create an environment for criminals to roam freely, the corporate/businesses will pick up the tab. And the New Yorkers as well, paying for additional security (condos/coop/apts) to keep them safe in their homes. Truly they are successful in making NYC unlivable. I have not heard from the mayor any change to step up policing against criminality. The city can be sued for failing to put those criminals away, ending up committing more crimes.
