Most reporters and most of the "experts" don't seem to get it. This kid didn't see it as "murder". He sees it as "mercy". In The Art of War, Sun Tzu writes that sometimes mercy looks like murder. If the shooter believes that by sacrificing one life he can effect change in the industry saving thousands or more lives then in his mind his actions will have been merciful. I think Luigi is hoping to become the first domino.
