Why would you get a UTI from holding in urine? Urine is made from your blood, it does not give you a UTI. And what do you do during night? If you pee once a month sure, because of possible bacteria in your urinary tract.

Ano Nym holding urine for too long in your bladder does cause UTI. If you don’t regularly urinate, the bacteria found in the urethra can travel up into your bladder because they are not being flushed out by the urine. They can multiply in the bladder and cause UTI. So what Geo said is true.

It's not the fact that he was tired it's the fact that he immediately knew something was wrong and didn't even try to stop to figure it out. Then when he finally did figure it out all he did was wipe it with tissue leaving the bathroom smell like pee. A normal adult, you would think, would clean the bathroom or if he's to tired to do it right then at least tell your wife wtf now she doesn't know she has to sit where you've splashed pee. I developed chronic constipation after my Dr made me take Tramadol for 6 months before allowing me to move on to actual effective, real pain control for my MS & 8 failed back surgeries. I stopped pooping immediately & after 3 months all I could eat was soft & liquid foods. I looked 10 months pregnant by the time the hospital had to hook me up to IV laxitives & stopped the Tramadol. My poops were so big I had to extract them or be ripped open. I have permanent intestinal & bowel problems now & severe chronic nausea that never stops. Surprisingly, cannabis saved my life, and treats most of my other symptoms!

People, don't forget that drinking too much water is an actual thing. Don't believe the misconceptions that you should drink water until you're about to pass out. Many nutritionists or personal trainers still don't know about this. Just drink water whenever you're thirsty. It's like food or alcohol or sleeping/lack of sleeping. Too much of anything is a *bad* thing.

For MOST people, this would be terrible advice, since most people don't drink enough water. You are right though. Too much water can kill you. However, it is extremely unlikely that anyone would drink enough to drown themselves. And most people don't even realize that they're dehydrated or thirsty till way later. I think anyone who drinks too much water would realize when to stop, since their body would show them signs.

Here in US they put you in a room with a toilet that doesn't flush. (Flush handle outside of the cell) You get a cot, a thin mattress, a plastic pillow, and a paper jump suit. You can't hide your shit anywhere. And they feed you natural foods that make you poop. (No drugs, No cheese. etc.)

I've had chronic constipation for years at this point and my diet is probably to blame. Before I was seen by my doctor, I would need to go but almost nothing would be willing to come out. I was never tested for any underlying conditions, so I don't know if it's just my diet and lack of fiber. I was a huge milk drinking growing up too.

Peeing once an hour is probably a bit much. Joe could be drinking too much water, or consuming something that has a diuretic effect. You should be peeing about 6 to 10 times a day (~once every 2 hours). Holding your pee till it hurts is probably not a good idea. UTIs and kidney damage can occur from repeatedly doing that.
