With FB these kids can change their birth year. There is no verification done, that will stop them creating FB accounts. And then their photos are seductive, and this rapist had all the chance to private message these girls. I am not justifying his actions, he needs to pay for it, there needs to be some sort of ID verification before these girls can create an FB account.
