7.10.24 | TIMES SQUARE - Man slashed on 7-train platform. Happened 4am Wednesday. Complainant (female 911 caller) stated to police perp description is male Hispanic yellow shirt spade tattoo under eye which matches perp cops arrested on 42 & 7. Victim was seen in an EMS stair chair appearing stable next to the female 911 caller. Perp said he did not slash anyone in subway when we asked. Perp was taken to the precinct. Police later requested ambulances for both the perp and an injured cop.

This is so wrong in so many ways, but I'll just talk about the most obvious ones... There was NO total pat-down to check for any weapons, etc. Then you're putting the suspected Slasher/Attacker in the cruiser with his backpack still strapped on his back, which could easily be accessed even if he has cuffs on like cuff-keys, knife, gun, etc.... NYPD is bending their knees and assess to these human garbage!

Subway crimes need to be prosecuted more harshly because of the leverage effect; when these incidents happen people become very afraid to use the subway. it's in stark contrast to driving, where you could have 1000 car accidents every second and not one single driver in the entire tristate area would give a flying crap and would still keep driving without an ounce of fear.
