This episode is similar to a movie, where an old lady (witch) catches 4 young boys trespassing on her property, then predicts to each of them, how they would meet their demise when they are adults. I don’t recall the name of the movie though.

This is a really good piece of radio. I heard it the other night on When Radio Was and was expecting something charmingly corny/quaint. But from the soundtrack to the acting and writing it started dark and just got compellingly darker from there. You keep rooting for the kids even though they keep doing wrong and wronger because they're so clueless and in waaay over their heads. There's gotta be some way, some kind of Hollywood magic to pull them out of this fire. But the ending is perfect. Like a rat...
