You did well to go out in those temperatures!! I expect the sea breeze helped a little. The reflective screens must have helped we could do with some for the entire house. Fish looked great!

Inside the van it was much cooler than outside but a lot of that was down to the breeze coming through the door. We bought a couple of small fans to use in there at night if the air is still. Have yet to experience that yet but not much longer. I agree about the house. Some of those wind out shades would work well. 👍

Dunno if anyone gives a shit but if you are bored like me atm you can stream all of the new series on InstaFlixxer. Have been binge watching with my girlfriend for the last few months =)

The reflective screens look like a very good idea, your van should have been roasting parked up on the beach! Have fun planning your first wild camp, not too long to wait now. Did you notice how much the Sussex ENV200 was? Louise x

Sorry Louise but I didn’t ask the price and it was not marked up for sale. They have already had offers to buy it but at the moment it is undergoing testing.

Many thanks for your reply. It will be interesting to see if there is a market for an electric campervan.

Another lovely vlog, thank you. Have you given any thought to reversing your fridge door opening, so that you don’t reach around it ? I did mine and it was a 15minute, one screwdriver, job. Where did you get the green magnets ? Please. Regards AJ

That would make life easier. Didn’t know it could be done so will take a look. Those magnets get used all the time. Magnet Expert® 25 x 10 x 4mm... www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00TACLPN0?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

I wrap them in green masking tape. It provides a thin cushion. Stops them moving and makes them easy to see when in use. You don’t want them flying about.

Life is too short HaHa! Yes it's a nice place to visit. You will have to try Newlands Corner and St Martha's Church as well. I expect you have been to Box Hill.

Box Hill yes but not the other places. 👍

Did you leave the side mesh windows in the pop up open to let out the rising hot air? Oh, what size Ridgemonkey do you use? Is the front cabin air con any use for cooling the whole van while you’re on the move so at least it’s cool when you stop? Sorry for throwing questions at you!😊
@LifeistooshortCK4 жыл бұрын
We don’t mind questions 👍. The roof mesh gets exposed to let out the heat. Ours covers 180 degrees so we keep it up on the part in direct sunlight if needed. Ridge Monkey is XL version although that is still quite small. The aircon does a good job for the whole van although I have seen some people say it’s under powered. Not been our experience yet. If it was truly oppressive heat I would run it for sure as long as we were not disturbing anyone else.
