how Operating stress is calculated for ASME B31.1? There is no equation to calculate the operating stress because B31.1 does not recognised operating stress as the code stress. But how is the stress calculated for Operating Load Case?

Operating course is specified to caesar or pipe stress software. These cases are not part of b31.3.
