My favorite zero waste wrapping is: nothing... ...because there are no presents! We used to use the Sunday comics page of the newspaper, because it was free and colorful.

I use my kids old swaddling blankets. Each kid knows their blanket has their gift! Note: the blankets are muslin. Therefore, thin and big, great for almost any gift.

I have thrifted a whole bunch of pillow cases and that's how my kids presents come to them. They each just have a pile of pillow case sacks. Santa still wraps his though. It makes my life tons easier, no trash and when done they just get folded and taken downstairs to the christmas bin.

My favorite eco-wrapped gift this year is wrapping my sister-in-law’s gift in a furoshiki, which is a Japanese wrapping cloth, and we will just ask for it back😊

That’s such a great way to make a sustainable gift even more special!
