USAに受け継がれた帝国主義でもない Big Brotherに国民主権を乗っ取られた開発独裁でもない 第三の道に通じる裏口を探し続けなければならないと解釈しました。 インスピレーションを受けたのがコスタリカ方式でしょうか。
