It seems to be the first song that has the vibe of Paprika. Though songs on albums may be created earlier, just not suiting with vibe of that specific albom...

Hirasawa wrote this song in response to the war in Iraq and how it affected children. I listened to this crying thinking about how Biden is doing the same thing to those children at the border. It was after all him and Obama that built those cages.

That was a 2003 remix. This version was featured in Hirasawa's 1994 album Aurora.

Yea, but could you like imagine how much worse it would be Under Mango Mussalini? I'm not talking about the actual 4 years he had, or reality, but like... imagine... like, Orange Hitler would have brought us to WW3 With North and South Korea! Thank goodness we dodge that bullet with 2 actual wars, and several proxy wars and territorial disputes!
