This is what you call country music what we have to have today is not. The country music of yesterday was a lot better than today's. Mel Tillis is a great singer

I listen to CDs only in order to hear my old time real country music. 💙💙 The new country music is harder for me to relate to.

We only have ourselves to blame that this kind of music is gone. The record companies dont care about quality, they only care about money and we didnt buy enough records. I used to work for them and thats the only reason country music died.
@kevinmoss55384 ай бұрын
I was born and raised here in Nashville. You are exactly right, my friend. Quality over quality. Lawyers and execs have done shy of destroying what used to be country music. Thank God for George Strait and Alan Jackson.

Me and buddy back in the 80s would put this cassette on as we were hitting 7.8.9 different beer joints-bars in and around Arlington,Texas..back in the day..and shamefully been there..done that..I was a fool..

When songs made sense and reflected our lives instead of this crap they play today and lie about it being country lol. It’s not good in any genre. Fortunately even the younger generation are screaming for better.
