4:26 One more little geeky fact. The 65535 is not a random number they put on. It's a representation of 64 KB in bytes. For older computers, it's the maximum "RAM" you can use and for more new ones, it's the lowest you can get. It's the highest Hexadecimal number you can get - FFFF. It is also the highest packet size of TCP protocol. 65535 is a magical number in computing that you can see almost everywhere.
Thank you for the fantastic video! A quick question about the EX_UOH though. Have you tested if the EX_UOH gives more + frames when compared to the normal UOH, or are they truly identical?

It seems that Capcom didn't quite test their EX input code fully, and left you able to trigger EX on the UOH command input as well. Either that, or they left it in like that, figuring that nobody would use it (not the first time they've done that unintentionally!) because of the meter cost for no benefit.
