Could those workers have been racially discriminated against? Yes. Could those workers have been bad at their job? Also yes. It’s very rare that anyone will look inwards and ask what they could’ve done better. The more common reaction is to place blame on others and make excuses. There’s no way we know for these physicians which it is or if it’s a combination.
