Dr. Kuntz, I was wondering if you could make a short video of the hand ties with shoe strings or something more visible. During your demonstration, it is hard to see the suture and how it is situated in your fingers. Thank you in advance. And thank you for filming your surgeries. I am in the USA and often look for videos of procedures as a review before I attempt them on my patients. Thanks again!

Thank you for the video. I’ve been taught that when doing a finger trap we should only do one throw per side so as to allow for better tightening of the suture around the tube (once a square knot is in place it can’t tighten any more). What is your take on this?
