I stayed at Sutus Court 5 for a week in 2022. The rooms are a bit dark but at the time it was very cheap. There is also a handy gate at the end of Sutus 5 that opens out to Lengkee just by Kungs restaurant but this is locked at night probably to prevent anyone sneaking a friend back and avoiding going via reception. I can't deny that the location is great but in terms of the actual hotel and facilities you can get better for the same price, I tend to stay at the Vogue or P Plus these days although P Plus has become a bit noisy with the new bar complex on Soi Excite.

@@takeawalkpeter Careful ordering the cheaper rooms if you mind traffic noise at nights. Make sure you get a room facing away from Soi Buakhao. You get better value for money most places in my opinion. Nearby Travelodge for instance is comparably priced and much higher quality.

You can get monthly for 8000 per month with a pool in Pattaya I think paying 28 000 for a month in a hotel isn’t worth it my opinion

Sutus 3 ,im paying 720a night, fresh towels everyday,two bottles of water everyday ,sheets are changed every three days ,room cleaned everyday.Great staff ,very helpful. I stay twice a year (except for COVID) for 11years .

Steer clear of this hotel. Very badly run and many many problems. I could write a horror novel about this hotel!
