Suuper's ghost offset Lua test

suuper has been developing lua scripts related to manipulating data of the ghost you're racing against, this being one of the coolest :D
i'm doing a 25 frame delay test here between my current 1:51.3 WP NOSC TAS, and the obsoleted 1:52.8 TAS being the ghost
dynamic cycle based elements like the spinning bumpers here and the cars in shroom ridge will desync the ghost unfortunately since ghost data is essentially just a set of inputs playing back in real time, and the ghost also may desync due to other factors as well, however despite all that this is extremely to see working :D
