Wow seeing all the snow is wild to me. I live in an area that rarely gets snow, and if we do, everyone freaks out at even two inches. I've always wanted to see snowfall like this, it's very beautiful!

We generally get much more so we were glad to only get a few inches on that snow. We eventually would love to be in a warmer climate even if only as snowbirds. In the meantime, we have a great device for snow removal. Lol. Thank you for watching and commenting.

We've used this same plow for over a decade. I hate snow and cold but I've always been the one who gets to shovel so Florida looks better every winter. This winter has been much colder than normal with quite a few days below zero. Tomorrow we are expecting a snow storm. At least 6" and not sure how much the next day. Temps are already dropping and the wind is howling. It will be a good day to stay inside. Thank you for watching and commenting.

Love that plow... pretty darn good shape for 10 or 12 years old. If you want to plow 2 directions with your 4wd pickup truck, put 1 on the front and 1 on the rear... I see they also have an electric lift available for the front mounted plows.

You are spending the wrong time away from Florida😀 That is one cool plow.. Can you hook it up to a Suburu Forester?🐸
@TripNWithRed2 жыл бұрын
I need to get back to Florida. Soon. The plow does require a full size Reese hitch. I would think if the Subaru Forester has 4WD, it should work. The real question would be the amount of push power the vehicle has so you'd want to use it before the snow gets too deep. Keep in mind it is a light duty plow but we've pushed some fairly deep snow over the years with this plow using our SUVs. We've used it on the last 4-5 SUVs we've had. I believe we've had the plow for over 10 years and you can see it's in great shape. The frame that attaches to the hitch is steel and the plow is aluminum with rubber edges. Joe did use it once when the snow was very deep and heavy. He bent the steel frame that attaches to the SUV. He had to take the frame to be repaired by his metal manufacturing friend but the actual plow wasn't damaged at all. We had a big Western plow with a hydraulic lift on a truck prior and I love this plow so much more. It's lightweight enough for the 2 of us to put on and take off in a matter of a few minutes and takes minimal space to store it. I think you would love it. I would buy this plow again and not think twice. It's been a lifesaver for our drive, his parents drive and my parents drive. It's gotten a lot of use. Thank you for watching and commenting.

That's really innovative. Don't know that i would trust myself though to do that in my own driveway with my Sorento. As mine is too narrow and i'd be afraid of hitting something. However, i will say that the Sorento with it's Dynamax AWD system and diff locking button is awesome in snow. With a good set of all weather or snow tires it's nearly unstoppable. Compared to a Honda CRV and the like.

We only use it for light show as we don't want to take the risk of damaging the vehicle but it works great. If we are going to have a lot of snow, we plow several times during the snowfall so we are never pushing much. It's a fast way to clear it but also much warmer than using a snowblower or shovel. Thank you for watching and commenting.

We've had a plow on our pickup for years. This is a much lighter plow on the SUV so definitely not for heavy snow. If we are expecting several inches of snow at once, we plow several times during the snowfall to keep the load light. We keep our drive free of lanscape or objects that could get damaged or do damage. We live in a cold climate where plowing is normal for several months each year so we make it as easy as possible on ourselves. Thank you for watching and commenting.
