Wow, talk about a synchronicity! I feel so powerless with so much grief over deaths of very recent and another about to die, I told the Universe I surrender this heartbreak pain body to you, I give this pain to you guide me to healing. I follow you, have trained with you Suzanne, for a long time now, but I use to practice Shamanism and Sandra you were my personal in group, in person, my (our) teacher. I just had a consultation with an animal communicator and just this morning we were emailing each other about the practice of Shamanism, but I walked away from all modalities over the deaths of my 6 Dobermans to cancer who died every 3 to 4 months, I felt and feel, I was abandoned by the Universe. We also both spoke of Sandra how we love her so much and of course I shared I actually trained with her in person. Behold Suzanne, Sandra, here you are for me to listen, and I actually have her book you mention, I bought it in 2019 and now I need to dig it out. I need to transform this energy of all the deaths and heartache in Love and Beauty. I have felt overwhelmed, powerless and have even thought about leaving this body just to get out of this pain-body. This is a sign from the Universe Sandra and Suzanne how I may move forward with healing of the heart. THANK YOU! I love you both.

I love this conversation! I almost jumped out of my skin with joy when Sandra used a red roof as an example a few times. I visited what had been my grandparent's farm in the foothills of SE Ohio last year after a fifty year absence, and house and barn now have red roofs. I have had a profound connection with the ancestors and the land since then. Just this morning I was given another vision about it and feeling that I am supposed to act or will be given an opportunity relating to the farm, and now this!!!??? BIG WOW. There are no accidents.

Thank you for this interview and explanation of Shamanism. Sandra's explanation of envisioning what you want and feeling the emotion is exactly how the Christian concept of Law of Manifestation and Christian Science Healing works as described by Henry Thomas Hamblin, Annalee Skarin, Robert Russell and many more. It is fascinating how all these spiritual practices work on the same principles, just different words and exercises to achieve the same mental states to work in!

I have been to an iboga ceremony in Costa Rica where it’s best to hold it outside during the night. It was raining hard and so we set up inside, and just before we got started the rain stopped. We spent the entire night into the daylight in ceremony. Once we finished and I got into my room, the downpour suddenly started again. We were shocked, however the practitioners said it wasn’t the first time. Truly mind blowing the timing of it.

Suzanne, I saw your synchronicity shock when Sandra said she was struck by lightening (not to mention Wolf's drum connection & hand motions to align). THIS IS WONDERFUL, thank you so much for this interview. It was meant-to-be in so many ways & just helped heal me a little more re those events we discussed in our private reading last year that I had survived. Wow. More healing, more drumming, more connections, more synchronicities, more sitting around the fire, more "gardeners of energy"! Words as blessings in the garden. YES! YES! YES! I first saw Sandra Ingerman on a panel show many years ago, perhaps in San Francisco, with several other "New Age" teachers. A heated argument broke out between two of the other speakers and Sandra, who was just another panel member, not the leader, stepped in and miraculously resolved the problem with great good will as well as skill. I was hugely impressed and to this day I will give a lot of credibility to what she teaches. I found this conversation with two women of different backgrounds, temperaments, styles etc., to be very interesting and instructive. Suzanne's questions were very helpful to those people for whom shamanism might be somewhat foreign.

You are so cool and have beautiful bright energy! Thank you for having Sandra on! In the 90’s in the Bay Area of Ca., I had several shamanic soul retrievals with a protege of hers. They were amazing! I remember one very clearly where a duck walked out of the rushes (marshy plants) with a baby me! We integrated me. Another time I received an adolescent part and afterwards for days or so, I was recalling memories from that age. Also, another time she ethically healed an open wound allowing energy to keep hitting me harmfully, re car accidents. She sewed it up and no more accidents! I wish I could remember her name. Now I need to listen-LOLOL I was so excited I wrote first.

Hi Suzanne and Sandra. This morning I did a neurographica drawing to open to up to having evidence that I am truly connected to my Spirit guides. I had no doubt of this but I was just curious how this would play out at this time in my life. (I am 78 years old and have been on a conscious spiritual journey all of my life ). So when listening to you and Sandra this morning you told her of your drum you purchased in Taos from Sheri and so did Sandra. And guess what My husband bought me my painted bear drum from Sheri probably 4/5 years ago when we were in Taos. I have always wanted to drum but didn’t have the courage to practice even.
