Maw Maw Luv's Last Christmas With Us + Most Precious Video Ever

Hello my sweet friends. I wanted to share 2023 Christmas video with you. Due to Maw Maw getting sick after Christmas, I never had the opportunity to edit and put together. She went home to be with Jesus and family waiting on her on January 15, 2024.
I had a joy putting this together this year and what beautiful memories. You can definitely see the change in her and of course I didn't put everything in. But how beautiful to spend this time with at at 96 years old. And even greater that it is captured on video!

Suzanne, I lost my mother 46 years ago on the fifteenth of December. I was 23 and my mother was 53. You will never forget that day. I love and miss her everyday. God is always with us.

Thank you for sharing this with us. After watching for several years, it was so obvious to me how Maw maw’s health was failing. I know you are never totally prepared for the passing of a loved one even though you see it coming. Grieve in your own time table. I for one, will be here when you feel like posting. Thank you for always sharing your mother with us and especially this video from last Christmas. It made our Christmas this year even more special. You are right about losing a mother. My mother died when I was 13. I am now 71. I still miss her but memories never die. ❤ Merry Christmas!

I'm going nowhere. We all grieve differently so you take all the time you need to. With Jessica getting sick last year, God gave you an extra special gift of more precious time with your mom. You are loved and appreciated just as you are. When the time is right, you will be back on KZbin and with a fresh, new annointing on you. What sweet memories you have. She might have been losing some of her memory but she was happy😃. My mother passed away in 2011 a day after Thanksgiving. It is still difficult that she is not around. I would love to see your Christmas home tour even if it is late. I have always enjoyed your home tours. My younger son that's in the Air Force and worked on the base in Birmingham Al. was transferred to MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa. So now he is back home🥰. We will miss traveling to your home state, it is a pretty state and people are so friendly there🥰

Oh thank you for this special video Suzanne! It is so true what they say, you will never have another friend like your Momma! I had mine until she was 66, my age now and I’m thankful I had her that long! Being an only child is so hard when your parents time comes, I didn’t have a sibling to talk to,but my husband Rick was so good about everything! I also took care of my Moms two Aunts after my Momma passed. I was there power of attorney. I would do it again but that is a responsibility for sure. Anyway I know you have been suffering Suzanne and I know how hard it is sweetie! You have given much more to me on your channel, than I could ever give to you! Through the laughter, the tears and laughing at Mamaw Luv, I have enjoyed it so much and can’t wait until you feel like coming back on KZbin! I love you!❤️🎄

Oh Suzanne, I could hardly watch this, but what a beauty tribute to your precious mother. I could really see a difference in her in this video. I always loved to hear the two of you sing and her beautiful alto ring out so clear, but not this time. She was so clearly confused. Breaks my heart. I know it did yours going through this to put it together. I miss your videos, but haven’t had the heart to watch any with MawMaw Luv in them during the past year. As I’ve said before, I lost my mom when I was 15, in 1974, so I understand. Even though she was only fifty and me fifteen, as I grow older, I miss her more and more it seems. Especially now with my sister gone, too. I know without a doubt that I will see them both again one day. And it is a lot sooner than ever before. I love you, and I’m not going anywhere.❤❤

I'm sorry Suzanne! I lost my mother 5 yrs ago at age 97. I loved with her the last 5 years of her life after Dad passed away. She had some mental issues and could not be alone ever. I could not bare to think of her going to a nursing home so I moved in with her since I am divorced. She ended up having a heart attack and 3 brain bleeds from hitting her head when she collapsed. She never gained consciousness. She passed 2 weeks later. I stayed with her in the hospital and when they moved her to hospice care, my sister and I stayed with her till she passed. It was very difficult and as much as I thought I had prepared myself, you are right. You cannot prepare yourself for that day. But God I'm His Infinite Wisdom took her just before covid hit. She would not have fared well through that. She was paranoid schizophrenic and extreme in her paranoia. He was merciful and took her before she had to suffer through that. For which I am so very grateful! Praying for you Suzanne! God Bless You and Yours!!!❤️🙏🙌
