I worked for KWHPF for about 2 years in the late 60's. I was a "floater" in that I filled in where needed. I started off making the screens, and for a short while doing the color separation, working directly with Suzie. I also printed and helped out with fabric cutting in their enlarged sewing department when they moved that department to Simonton St. My mother, another Key West artist, was friends with Suzie. She was indeed a sweet and wonderful woman.
